Hi, my name is Ana Karina Cárdenas and I am the owner and instructor at ENAI SWIM since 2009.
ENAI was proudly founded in 2009 in Monterrey, Mexico as the first school certified by Infant Aquatics to offer survival swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, and young children.
In 2010 I moved to Thibodaux, LA and fate allowed ENAI to grow! A trained instructor (Maria Consuelo Valenzuela) now teaches in Monterrey, Mexico while I am teaching in Houma and Thibodaux.
Here in ENAI we don't only teach to swim; babies and children learn to develop survival swimming skills that may save their lives. Results are seen in as short as 4 weeks!
I am certified by "Infant Aquatics" as an instructor and by the "American Heart Association" for CPR and First Aid. I am very proud to be the first instructor trained by Infant Aquatics to bring this program to Monterrey, México and Louisiana.
I invite you to take a moment to visit our site and watch the pictures and videos, as well as our FAQ. Please contact me for any other questions you may have.
See you in the water!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE ENAI TO VISIT YOUR CITY OR TOWN:
It is possible for an instructor to visit your location for a month and give an intensive course. In these intensive courses, kids take 2 lessons a day (with an hour break between lessons) and learn the technique in half the estimated time of a regular course.
If you live in an area with open water, lessons for older kids will be held at the pool AND also in open water. Older kids learn to react to waves, falling off a boat, etc.
It is required to get a group of 20 kids together, have the right facilities, and cover the instructor's travel expenses. Contact us to learn more.
